Operations Assistant: 

 

Natasha McCrea Enterprises, Inc. is seeking to add its next superstar to our rapidly growing team!

Must be a fast learner and self-motivator who has an interest in women empowerment. 

This is a Virtual position and requires between 3 - 10 hours a week

Must be resourceful with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Proof-Reading is a must  
Must be familiar with all major social networking channels
Wix and Kajabi knowledge is a plus.

The requirements for this position are:

  • Social Media Marketing knowledge

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

  • Written Communications Skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Self-Starter

  • Forward-thinker

Experience with most of the following:

PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Keynote, Pages, Adobe, Canva, and other apps

 

Your job responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly or Weekly Newsletters

  • Proof Reading

  • Seeking opportunities for company growth and partnerships via submitting podcast, guest appearances, etc.

  • Managing marketing campaigns across Social Media sites.

  • Coordinate and occasionally executing all social media initiatives

  • Develop, write and manage content for social media programs and promotions

  • Identify influential online communities and create a plan for engagement

  • Updating or coordinating update  of personal Web pages including...IMDB Pro, WIX, WordPress, Shopify, etc.

  • Research


You'll work from home and set your own hours. The hours will be 3 to 10/hrs a week depending on the project.
